A high-rise development of 35 storeys, consisting of communal and commercial facilities within the building. To establish a visual connection between the existing entity and the commercial spaces.

Seamlessly weaved into its façade is a breathtaking water feature – 95 glass-edged infinity pools. Inviting the flow of light and water into living space.
Developed a 6m high unitised curtain wall with part of curtain wall spandrels incorporating glass panels to achieve the “infinity pool to provide a seamless and integrated design with stringent performance tests conducted for laminated pool glass.
Redesigned a triangulated aluminium extrusion profile used for the full height sunscreens and frameless glass to Podium
